Welcome to the RCS3D Project Tracker
The RCS3D Project Tracker is a live console for the SACAP Stage 1–6 programme for the HOA office facilities — schedule, progress, team load, analytics and meeting tools in one place. It's a single self-contained file, nothing to install. Your edits (start date, progress, custom dates, notes) are saved privately in this browser and never change the underlying brief.
Quick start?
- Set a realistic start date. Use “Project starts” at the top-right to slide the whole programme to a workable date and instantly see the new finish.
- Track progress. Open Edit dates & progress (left menu) and drag each activity's slider. The completion ring and health metrics update live.
- Model a change. Switch Schedule to Custom, adjust a task, and the original plan appears as a dashed “ghost” with a ± day difference.
- Share it. Use Share to WhatsApp for a summary card, or Save as image / Print / PDF for a snapshot.

Activities marked with an amber * were added by RCS3D to fill gaps in the source brief — currently the two drafting activities in Stages 3 & 4, which the brief mentioned but the schedule folded into the stage headers.
They are best-estimate placeholders so the plan and the Drafting Team's workload look complete. Caren (principal agent) should review these dates and durations and confirm or adjust them before the plan is issued.
Tip: everything is reversible — Reset all changes in the left menu restores the original brief.
